How to Download, Print and Share Your Biodata PDF on WhatsApp
Updated · 5 min read
A biodata is meant to be shared – on WhatsApp, by email and on paper. This guide shows where your PDF is saved, how to send it so it looks perfect on every phone and how to print it well.
Why PDF is the best format
- It looks exactly the same on every phone and computer – fonts, colours and layout never shift.
- Text stays sharp when zoomed in or printed.
- It is small enough to send over WhatsApp and email instantly.
Where your biodata PDF is saved

How to share your biodata on WhatsApp
- Open the chat and tap the attachment (📎) icon.
- Choose Document (not Gallery) so the PDF is sent in full quality.
- Select your biodata PDF from Downloads and tap Send.
Need an image instead of a PDF? Open the PDF and take a screenshot, or use any PDF-to-image option on your phone. A PDF is still recommended for clarity.
Printing your biodata
- Paper size: A4.
- Scale: Actual size / 100% – don’t use “Fit to page” or the margins will shrink.
- Paper: 100–170 GSM matte or glossy paper gives a premium feel.
- Print in colour – the template designs are made for colour printing.
- Use a print shop for a few copies on thick paper if you are handing it over in person.
Privacy tips when sharing
- Use a parent’s or guardian’s number in contact details when sharing in large groups.
- Write only your city instead of the full home address.
- Share with known relatives, trusted groups and verified matrimony profiles.
Made a change? Your details stay saved in your browser, so you can update your biodata and download a fresh copy.
